I’m sincerely glad to welcome the great open Book of Humanity that is the perfect embodiment of the world mind and soul, the Book of our experience, achievements and global creative prospects where we are all the chapters of the Universal poem called «Life».

When the best representatives of all nations and nationalities, minds embodying the versatility of scientific and cultural progress gather together, I truly believe in a good Future. As long as there is a culture and science bringing light to our world, life itself will exist ripening with the spiritual creation in the boundless Ocean of the Universe.

Every nation with its own colorful spirits watches the wisdom of the times in the light of collective consciousness, but we are all the notes of a single harmonious Symphony in the Universal Chorale of Eternity.

The era of evolutionary formation of Mankind according to the ethnic groups and nations, the era of contrasting cognition of the world through diverse races and individual consciousness, the era of wars and civil strives is coming to the end. We are crossing the next historical period looking at how much evil has been done under the guise of divine attempts as well as crimes under the aegis of good ideas. The world has come up to the starting point of connecting all kinds of social organizations into the Unified Universal System of Mind.

We are on the threshold of beginning a new era of mankind – the Era of Cosmic Consciousness. Time has proved the inconsistence of pure materialistic science which as a matter of fact turned out to be just a form but not the content of Life. The world turned to the scientific and spiritual innovations as the foundations of the Universal Creation.

In view of globalization of social processes, a number of scientific prospects and opportunities have opened up before civilization in terms of constructing outer space. This has been built based on continual long-term constructive cognition of the structure of the Universe by a galaxy of discoveries of great scientists. We have ahead of us the process of exploration of the Solar system by creative generations with a view of the human factor’s establishing as a Rational Universal Initiator of Knowledge in the Galactic megalopolis.

However, given Mankind took the route of purely alternative development in the Universe’s advance, having chosen for itself the path of material cognition as a dominant factor of creation, it is necessary at this time to consider the many-sided aspects of the vital functions of civilization. The neglected spiritual factor turned out to be a weighty drawback in progressive works of Mankind. This is precisely why our planet has changed at this point from the perfect Module of the Universe, conjugating chains of spiritual-material cosmobalances, into a settling tank of scum, a metastasis within the Universe’s body in terms of technogenic development.

The planet is on the verge of a physical and spiritual catastrophe! Progress, following a fully materialistic way, steers Mankind to total entropy and self-annihilation! At the moment it’s necessary to consolidate best minds of the planet to create the Noosphere System. All the states as well as the individuals ready to manifest the generation of spiritual and scientific transformations of the world must be involved in this process.

We know from the course of history how many creators that made great inventions which subsequently advanced planetary progress still remained forgotten and rejected. How many genius people dragged out a miserable existence without a daily bread and a possibility to get their ideas into life! The New Era must put an end to the mess of planetary ignorance.

Having monopolized or reversed spiritual and scientific achievements to the detriment of humanity, the ruling powers of the world are trying to subject the consciousness of the society to their mercenary and hypocritical interests. Intellectuals depend directly on the narrow-minded in knowledge but greedy and cunning oligarchs of the planet. Now we have to decide either to develop progressive consciousness of the world or drag out our existence and obey resignedly to the absurd commands of the authorities.

With our efficacious life in the Universe we should demonstrate the Creator not the futility of His efforts in our creation but the universal prospect of the civilization development in terms of creative generations. It’s time for the intellectual circles of the planet to get closely united and start the reformation of the Socium in the constructive way.

There are lots of hidden potential resources in the world which can be discovered only in the close organizational cooperation - the Single Community of Creative Individuals. I suppose it should start not tomorrow but today! The Universe is waiting for our cardinal actions!

Mankind has crossed the threshold of the third millennium having left behind a mighty era of formation and one of the cruelest historical epochs filled with bloody wars, famine, repressions and tyranny that took the lives of millions of people. Researchers carried out a huge piece of work calculating a total number of wars that occurred in the period starting with 3600 BC and up to 2008 inclusive. It’s hard to imagine that their number totals about fifteen thousand. According to the findings, the wars waged on the planet took more than three billion human lives. The wars never stop because of a huge number of local conflicts.

An obvious example from the history of Rome can help me to illustrate the situation. It’s Janus Temple, to be exact. By tradition, the doors of the temple were open while the war was going on. The gate was closed only 8 times for the entire history of the Roman Empire. A common threat or a common idea can unite people. There should be peace in the souls and well-meaning in the minds. Heroism has no statute of limitation just like there should be no prescription for the crimes against humanity. For when the memory of war is sinking into oblivion, then a new crisis is brewing.

When the spiritual base of civilization is lost, then the moral criteria of the social development collapse too. Owing to the achievements of a just few individuals, humanity has the right to be called a highly developed universal civilization.

For the period of thousands years, the war for the possession of the world area is going on first of all on the intellectual level. During a long historical period a great number of talented and genius people - the creators who predetermined the scientific, cultural and spiritual development of the planet - died in this war of truth and lie. This war is endless and still more cynical and bloody than any other conflict, for it destroys the best achievements of humanity ruining the moral component of civilized development.

The New Era must put n end to the mess of planetary ignorance. The world has come up to the starting point of connecting all kinds of social organizations into the Unified Universal System of Mind. We are on the threshold of accomplishing a new era of mankind – the Era of Cosmic Consciousness.

The people of the Universe do not have physical and moral boundaries, which are moral barriers between ethnic groups, religious movements, political parties, social strata, national characteristics and racial affiliation. These are individuals who, in the mind of the Creator, embracing all the progressive generations of the Universe, strive for the spiritual creation of the world.

Mankind has come a winding way of formation on this planet. Just like a spreading tree, a versatile culture increasingly getting the features of universality, in the new forms of world cooperation is heading with its consciousness for the boundless expanses of the Universe looking at the prospects of future spiritual evolution.

Ascending impulses of the senses coming out of the depths of human soul merge with the universal Creation to generate a unity of a Personality with the Absolute and find the primary features of the worlds getting in touch with the spiritual facets of the Universe.

It is the highest level of Super Existence where all-embracing thoughts having gone through the multidimensional unique transformations in the Universe bring the humanity a new level of Life comprehension with their recurrent ascent to the Universe. The world is moving forward by thinking things over, opening the Future through creation.

The greatest aim of humanity is the formation of civilization morality. Mankind should completely realize that depending on the way it completes the first stage of development, it will go further along the hierarchical ladder of Mind and Spirit.

We are trying to comprehend the essence of Creation, having felt ourselves a full part of the Universal Harmony, matched our spirit with the boundless Universe and found in ourselves the blessed halo of Truth ignited in our souls initially by the Higher Reason. Universal Divine Harmony always structures chaos, creating unique spheres of the cosmic worlds of Spirit, Mind and Matter.

Immerse yourself into your soul perfection; get the Universal knowledge laid down by the Creator in the depths of your soul, and you as a microcosm will create a multitude of beautiful macrocosms transforming the boundless Ocean of Life with your pure thoughts.

Everything has its own mission. Every nation’s mission is epoch-making, as well as every person’s is historical. Whether the world will go the way of progressive creations or it will come to its final catastrophe — it’s up to us every time.
