If you are a manufacturer as defined by the provisions on membership in the IASIT Statutes, we require the following for full membership in the Association:

• Acknowledgment of your company’s status as a Medical Device Manufacturer (i.e. ISO certificate, CE Certificate, Authority from a Regulatory Body)

• A statement explaining your interest in safe injection technology. If you are developing technology or a holder of a license for safe injection technology, then this should be explained.

• Annual Membership Fee of US Dollars 2,500.00 payable directly to the IASIT bank account.

If you fall under the subsequent membership provisions, we require the following for associate membership in the Association:

• A statement explaining your interest in safe injection technology and your current work in this area.
